throughout its business activities and does its best to ensure that all employees can work in a safe
and pleasant environment by establishing a safety and health management system that complies
with laws and standards.

To this end, the safety and health environment shall be continuously improved through the following safety and health activities.

The CEO makes 'protecting workers' lives' and 'creating a safe working environment' the top goals of corporate management activities.

The CEO shall establish a safety and health management system at the workplace and
provide sufficient human and material resources for the elimination and control of risk factors at the workplace.

Establish safety and health goals and establish and implement detailed action plans to achieve them.

We faithfully implement safety and health-related laws such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

Risk factors are identified through the participation of workers,
and the identified risk factors must be improved and shared through education.

All members are aware of risk factors related to their duties,
and education and training are conducted on risk factors removal, substitution, and control techniques.

All members shall faithfully comply with their responsibilities and obligations for safety and health activities.
